Goosebump knock-offs

Here are two books I recently purchased. To me, they look a lot like the Gooesbumps series and have similair stories: the first book looks a lot like the Night of the Living Dummy series.

Book 1: This book is part of a  series called Deadtime Stories and is called Terror in Tiny Town. It is about a train set and some other stuff.
Book 2: This book is part of a series called Spine Chillers and is called Birthday cake and I Scream.

Both covers look a lot like the Goosebumps one and both have similar illustrations and stories.
Is this a knock-off too you?
